The traditional American way of buying or selling a home has changed; the buyer or seller usually starts online, but the person who thinks he or she can go it alone all the way to closing may be making a costly mistake. As a 21st century agent, I pledge to work with you day and night to find a home or a buyer no matter what it takes. I will use every marketing tool in my kit, and there are many, from word of mouth, to Craig’s List, to texting or whatever electronic means the future may bring. That said, the personal touch is still the key. How much should I offer? What conditions should I demand?  What repairs are really necessary? Where can I find a good plumber? And after all the search or marketing is over and the offer is made, it’s often that one phone call between agents that seals the deal. You need someone with the experience and savvy to make that call. I won’t disappoint you.
